EcKstasy Script is an mIRC script which is small and "lightweight", It has an installer or, you can just download the .zip archive. It is a popular script, and is hosted on a number of sites. The current version is 3.0. paste.info.tm is a simple pastebin based off of pastebin.com,
It allows you to submit general debugging text and sources with syntax highlighting for almost every known language. It's also open source and can be found at sourceforge here. 		archives.escriptirc.com contains Open Source software.
This contains software such as Anope, UnrealIRCd, BOPM, Nefarious, IRSSI, GNU nano, and lots more. It even has old and new Anope modules.
